What to Expect

Our strength training sessions are designed for all fitness levels, focusing on stability, balance, strength, and functionality while improving brain health. Here’s how we keep it fresh and effective:

  1. Mondays: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a cardio focus. These workouts combine weights and heart-rate-boosting moves for a dynamic, full-body challenge.
  2. Wednesdays: A mix of sliders, weights, or bands. These sessions focus on controlled movements that build strength, stability, and balance.
  3. Fridays: Heavier weights with fewer reps, incorporating super sets and advanced techniques to build muscle and power.

Each session is up to 45 minutes and includes modifications to suit your fitness level. You’ll feel stronger, energized, and ready to take on your day.

  • Strength Training: M/W/F at 8 AM Pacific / 11 AM Eastern / 5 PM Europe
  • Active Stretching: Thursdays at 7 AM Pacific / 10 AM Eastern / 4 PM Europe
