Program Overview and Details
The FASTer Way to Fat Loss Introductory Program lasts for 6 weeks. Our goal is to equip and empower you to strategically incorporate the cutting-edge FASTer Way fitness and nutrition strategies into your lifestyle. You will learn how to effectively complete either my live workouts (Exercise for Health Strength Training sessions on zoom) and/ or use the workouts in the app. You will engage in learning new food cycles to create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that you can maintain long-term.
The FASTer Way to Fat Loss begins on the advertised program start date. These initial few weeks are important for several reasons:
- First, you will learn the cutting edge strategies we utilize through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss.
- Second, you will have the opportunity to implement the workouts, food cycle and gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyle. This will give you an opportunity to create a new foundation for your healthy and best lifestyle.

- Weekly recorded trainings to set you up for success.
- Weekly workout plans that include low impact, home, and gym workouts.
- Daily coaching plus weekly live sessions from Karin, your certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach
- Meal plan and recipe guide to assist you in the FASTer Way App.
- Nutrition recommendations with a focus on whole food nutrition, balanced macros, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and effective workouts to transform your life.
- If ready to take it further, the VIP program continues after six week circle for $79 a month which includes the app and many additional “challenges”, “detoxes” and other fabulous activities to engage in.
