We’ll also pay special attention to areas that need a little extra care—whether it’s your knees, hips, ankles, or shoulders. You’ll receive tailored guidance to modify exercises for a joint-friendly experience. We go at a pace that allows you to adapt as needed, helping you regain strength and reclaim movements that meet you where you are today.

Welcome to the Exercise for Health Community. You are now enrolling to strength train for two weeks before joining the live strength training classes. These shorter videos introduce you to the many forms of strength training and areas of the body we work on every week. This is a step toward saying YES to your health and well-being by enrolling with your credit card. At any time you can cancel. If you don’t cancel then you are IN and ready to claim your badass strength at any age.
Be ready to receive weekly emails from me with videos for you to practice. After 2 weeks you will receive the Zoom link for the live exercise community. Please check the times as every class is 8am Pacific/9 am Mtn/10 am Central/11am Eastern and an active stretching class on Thursdays one hour earlier. All sessions are 45 minutes long.
