Throughout the year, enjoy a rotating lineup of Bonus Exercise Series designed to target specific areas of strength, balance, and mobility. Each 4-session series offers 30-minute, guided sessions that build progressively — helping you stay strong, stable, and confident in your daily movement.
Maybe you’re already doing a consistent workout with me—or hitting the gym on your own. These bonus sessions are a great way to target specific areas more deeply, refine your technique, and give extra attention to the parts of your body that need it most.
Four 30-minute live Zoom sessions are held on Thursdays at 7:15 am Pacific/8:15 am Mountain/9:15 am Central/10:15 am Eastern. Enrollment includes lifetime access to recorded Zoom videos through the course portal.

This class focuses on strengthening areas that are often overlooked or weakened by daily life, including the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. Whether you’ve had past injuries or just want to feel more grounded, we’ll focus on stabilizing joints and activating the surrounding muscles to help you move with greater ease and confidence.
Expect gentle, intentional movement designed to improve balance, prevent injury, and create a more resilient body from the ground up.
