Intro to Strength – March/April 2026

Tuesdays: Focus on form, weights, and stability. Each week, we’ll explore new exercises for your upper body, lower body, and core.
Thursdays: Dive into active stretching, stability, and balance. We’ll gently strengthen your back and abs while working on those larger muscle groups to keep you flexible and resilient.
We’ll also pay special attention to areas that need a little extra care—whether it’s your knees, hips, ankles, or shoulders. You’ll receive tailored guidance to modify exercises for a joint-friendly experience. We go at a pace that allows you to adapt as needed, helping you regain strength and reclaim movements that meet you where you are today.
