Bonus Exercise Class – Pelvic Floor Strength (Part 1)

Dates: August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, 2026

Session 1 — August 6 · Activate & Awaken. We start where most people never do — by actually feeling the pelvic floor. Awareness first, activation second. Breathing mechanics, a neutral pelvis, and breath-led contractions. Supine and seated work. You’ll leave knowing where these muscles are.

Session 2 — August 13 · Connect & Stabilize. We move our hips and begin to understand what the lower core is truly responsible for. When the pelvic floor connects with breath, deep abdominals, the low back, and the glutes, everything stabilizes — posture, movement, and power. The goal is simple: strengthen these muscles.

Session 3 — August 20 · Load & Build. This one might feel a little spicy. We challenge the pelvic floor to respond under real load — the way it needs to when you’re moving, lifting, and living. The goal is the same: strengthen these muscles and feel the difference.

Session 4 — August 27 · Integrate & Thrive. Everything comes together in a full-body flow — breath, activation, stability, and strength woven together. We close with a brief reflection on what’s shifted and how to carry it forward.
