Bonus Exercise Class – Getting Up Without Your Hands
Dates: October 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, 2026
Session 1 — Thursday, October 8 · Find Your Floor We start on the ground — literally. Learning how to position the body, shift weight, and begin the conversation between your lower body and the floor beneath you. This is where leg strength and body awareness begin.
Session 2 — Thursday, October 15 · Rise & Balance We build the movement pattern of getting up — balancing the upper torso with the lower body as you move from floor to standing. No hands. Just strength, coordination, and confidence growing with every rep.
Session 3 — Thursday, October 22 · Pull & Push Now we add the upper body centers. Using your band, we learn to pull ourselves up and push ourselves away — building strength in both upper and lower body so the whole system works together. Functional power from the inside out.
Session 4 — Thursday, October 29 · Stand Strong We put it all together. Floor to standing, with control, balance, and strength — no hands needed. You’ll leave with a skill that serves you for life and the body confidence to match.
