Bonus Exercise Class – Pelvic Floor Unleashed (Part 2)

Dates: December 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 2026

Session 1 — Thursday, December 3 · Vacuum & Activate We pick up where we left off and turn up the volume. Ab vacuums take center stage — a deceptively powerful move that draws the deep core in and up. You’ll feel muscles you forgot you had.

Session 2 — Thursday, December 10 · Move & Feel We add gyration and flow — movements that might feel new, maybe even a little surprising. This is intentional. When you move your body in unfamiliar ways, you wake up muscles that have been sleeping. Yes, it might feel a little sensual. That’s the point.

Session 3 — Thursday, December 17 · Strengthen & Sense. This session deepens your awareness of the pelvic floor as a living, responsive center of strength. We layer movement with sensation so you can feel the work — not just go through the motions.

Session 4 — Thursday, December 24 · Unleashed Christmas Eve, and we are showing up for ourselves. A full expression of everything we’ve built — moves, awareness, strength, and yes, a little joy. You’ll leave feeling strong, grounded, and maybe a little proud of what your body can do.

I know “pelvic floor” and “sensual awareness” in the same sentence might raise an eyebrow — but this is about strength, function, and owning your body fully. I am all about supporting all your activities. (Ha!)
