Journal Wisdom Circles: As you progress through the program, immerse yourself in the art of seasonal journaling (three month commitments) using our systematic method that pulls together brain based research to integrate the masculine and feminine aspects of yourself, deepen your gratitude practice, connect daily to your feelings and body sensations to understanding your needs and what action you can take exquisite care of YOU. Explore the four seasonal journals, “My Life Through the Seasons,” and cultivate mindfulness and inner harmony throughout the year. Integrated Whole Nutrition (6-week FASTer Way to Fat Loss program): I am part of a new and POWERFUL nutrition approach that emphasizes the STRENGTH of whole foods to nourish and revitalize your body from within.
