Green Smoothie Recipe
Green smoothie recipe for 2 people:
- Handful of ice in blender
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 fresh large leaves of chard cut up or any green leafy vegetable (Kale, lettuce, beet greens)
- 2 scoops of protein powder (I like Phormula 1 brand fast assimilating) such as seen here
- Creatine
- Greens (see here for extra green or when you don’t have leafy veggies)
- Clean Collagen, Custom Collagen brand
- Tumeric
- Cinnamon
- 2 Tspn of Peanut Butter or powdered peanut butter (PB2 brand)
Blend up, sit, sip and enjoy!
