Green Smoothie Recipe

Green smoothie recipe for 2 people:

  • Handful of ice in blender
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 fresh large leaves of chard cut up or any green leafy vegetable (Kale, lettuce, beet greens)
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (I like Phormula 1 brand fast assimilating) such as seen here
  • Creatine
  • Greens (see here for extra green or when you don’t have leafy veggies)
  • Clean Collagen, Custom Collagen brand
  • Tumeric
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 Tspn of Peanut Butter or powdered peanut butter (PB2 brand)

Blend up, sit, sip and enjoy!
